🌟 Staff Spotlight: Trisha Smith

Today, we celebrate Trisha Smith as she wraps up an incredible 40-year career in education — including 13 years with the Chehalis School District.
From her time as principal at R.E. Bennett Elementary to serving as Assistant Superintendent, Trisha has been part of countless moments that have shaped our schools and the lives of the people within them. She also played an important role in bringing the new James Lintott and Orin Smith Elementary schools from plans on paper to places where students now learn and grow.

In our latest Staff Spotlight, Trisha reflects on her career, some of the moments that stand out along the way, her plans for retirement, and how she hopes to be remembered.

🎥 Take a few minutes to hear from Trisha and celebrate the end of one chapter — and the beginning of an exciting new one.
Thank you, Trisha, for 40 years of service to education and for the lasting mark you’ve left on the Chehalis School District.
