Food Service Applications for 2026-2027 Are Open

Food service applications for the 2026-2027 school year are now open. Access forms at your school office or download them in both English and Spanish at THIS LINK.

This year, students at Chehalis Middle School (grades 6-8) and W.F. West High School (grades 9-12) will pay full price for school meals unless their family has applied for and received free or reduced meal benefits for 2026-2027. Breakfast will cost $2.20 and lunch will be $3.95. 

Students at James Lintott Elementary (grades K-2) and Orin Smith Elementary (grades 3-5) will receive one breakfast and one lunch free daily this year. While all students eat at no cost, families are strongly encouraged to complete a school meal application if their income qualifies for free or reduced-price meals. Submitting this application can unlock additional benefits for your family beyond school meals
