In this Staff Spotlight, I had the chance to sit down with Kathy Maslowski, Director of Payroll for the Chehalis School District—and I truly had such a great time getting to hear her story.

Kathy shares her incredible 39-year journey with the district, walking me through how it all started and what eventually led her into the Payroll office. It’s clear through our conversation just how much dedication and care she’s poured into serving the district over the years.

We also talk about her love for the outdoors and the humble, hardworking mindset she brings to everything she does. It’s those qualities that really stand out and make her such an important part of the team.
