We’ve just released our newest Staff Spotlight video, and this time we’re featuring Tonya Olson, the Lead Secretary at Chehalis Middle School.
While filming this spotlight, I had the chance to learn more about Tonya’s journey from working as a substitute in the office to becoming a full-time member of the CMS team. She talks about how she contributes to the culture of the front office and the important role that the office staff plays in supporting students, families, and staff throughout the school day.

We also got to hear a bit about her life outside of school—including her impressive hunting skills.
